Captains Ron & Howard
Brothers Ron and Howard take turns captaining Engage. The two grew up in the Miami area and have been fishing these waters for their entire lives. Having gotten their start in the entertainment industry, Ron and Howard are comfortable dealing with celebrities, corporate executives, and VIPs, and are the perfect team for operating a fine yacht such as this.

S/F Engage is a gorgeous, 65' Viking fishing yacht that redefines the sportfishing experience. A massive fishing cockpit with air conditioned mezzanine seating for spectators allows the entire group to be part of the action, while the main salon provides a cool, comfortable space to escape from the elements and kick back.
The yacht is docked in Aventura but can meet your party at various waterfront locations from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. Unlike other yacht charters, the crew aboard Engage are expert fishermen that fish in the area nearly every single day. They will work hard to help your group catch all kinds of fish and make the whole experience fun and enjoyable for everyone. You're free to be as hands on or hands off as you like - let the crew do the dirty work, or take lessons in rigging bait. On a private fishing yacht charter it's all up to you.
Depending on the time of year, you'll have the chance to catch a variety of different fish, including sharks, swordfish, sailfish, mahi mahi, tuna, wahoo, kingfish, grouper, and more.
Starting from the back of the boat, a large fishing cockpit with a teak fighting chair, and plenty of rod holders provides more than enough space for fishing. To that end, the boat is equipped with an arsenal of top of the line fishing equipment suitable for all different types of fishing. The entire cockpit is covered by a large sunshade, which is particularly welcome on hot summer days and is perfect for those with sensetive skin. The shade also provides some protection from rain and weather on darker days.
Just forward of the fishing cockpit is raised mezzanine seating - sometimes called stadium seating. This is one of the boat's nicest features since it provides a place for spectators and anglers taking a break to comfortably watch the fishing action. The seating is nicely upholstered with yacht quality fabrics.
To the right of the salon door is a large ladder, which leads to the flybridge. The flybridge aboard Engage is huge and is another one of the boat's special features. On the flybridge, there's a huge helm station with two captain's chairs and state of the art navigation and fishfinding equipment. Forward of the helm is a large L-shaped seating area with room for 6 or more. To the right of the helm is additional bench seating, as well as a large cooler and sink. The view from the flybridge is awesome, and on a boat of this size, the flybridge usually stays dry even in rough weather.
Inside the boat you'll find tastefully decorated living space. The large salon features a huge sofa, large coffee table, and climate controlled wine cellar. Adjacent to the salon is a spacious dining area, bar, and galley (kitchen). A large flatscreen TV with access to satellite television is viewable from the dining area and the salon.
Down a flight of stairs you'll find the sleeping accommodations, including the master stateroom with a king size bed, a forward stateroom with a queen and a twin bunk, as well as a third stateroom with two twin bunks. The master stateroom features a private den with library, sofa, desk, and television. All cabins feature private, ensuite heads (bathrooms) with showers, as well as flat screen TVs with access to satellite television.
S/F Engage is located at Waterways Marina in Aventura, Florida (see map below). Aventura is located about halfway between Downtown Miami and Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Driving time from either city is approximately 20-30 minutes.
The yacht is also able to pick up at other marinas, resorts, and hotels throughout South Florida. Please contact us for information on alternate pickup locations.
