Can the site be customized for my company?
We customize every site with your company's logo and photos of your boat. We are also able to make limited changes to color and fonts. We do offer a rebranding option where we can make additional changes for a fee. Remember, our layouts and content have been carefully chosen to yield the best results. Changing these items may have a negative effect on rankings.

Can I have a blog on my site?
We encourage blogging and we will be happy to add a blog section to your website if you commit to blogging at least once per week. We'll even give you some recommended topics that will help your site rank better.

Will the price stay the same?
We do not guarantee the price for your site will stay the same. As the site ranks higher and generates more leads it becomes more valuable in the market. We aim to help our partners grow their business as we grow ours and therefore we will always commit to charging fair prices that enable both your business and our business to be profitable.

Can I cancel my lease?
Our basic lease is month to month and requires 30 days notice to cancel – this gives us time to find a new lessee. We do offer extended leases on some of our properties, which have the benefit of locking in a lease rate for a period of time.

What happens to a site I have leased if I terminate my lease?
If your lease is terminated, by us or by you, you will no longer receive phone call or e-mail leads through the site and we will attempt to find another company to lease the site. We will remove your company's logo and photos of your boat. All other content on the site, including photos, blogs, or other content you may have added, remains our property and may continue to appear on the site.
